Kobonal Scholarships
Coastal Connection has partnered with Kobonal Haiti Mission to help fund scholarships for financially struggling students to attend secondary school in Kobonal, a rural village in the Catholic Diocese of Hinche, in Haiti’s Central Plateau. In addition, the project provided scholarships for university students. Through these programs, we hope to equip Haiti’s youth to rise out of poverty and become capable and virtuous providers for their families.
Our partner on this project is Father Glenn Meaux. His Kobonal Haiti Mission nurtures the minds, bodies, and souls of poor, rural Haitians. Founded in 1989, the Mission now depends on Cross Catholic Outreach for all fundraising activities.
